How does my donation helps?
Maintaining and developing a site like Cockatiel.com cost money. At the same time we wanted to make the donation fee affordable for everyone. Our fans agree, that it's worth keeping this site alive so cockatiel lovers can educated themselves and others on caring for cockatiels.

How much can I donate?
You can donate any amount you like. if you donate $10.00 or more we wiil post your beloved cockatiel friend on our Friends & Donors Hall of Fame Photo Gallery. Click on the "Donate" banner to make your donation and you will be on your way to help keep this great website alive.

Don't have PayPal? No Problem!
We take all the top brand credit and debit cards. Once you have entered our donation area, PayPal will have on the right side a selection box for all credit and debit card users. Signing up for a PayPal account is optional.

How do I send a photo?
If you donate more than $10.00 after your donation confirmation please send us your photo HERE. The rules for photo submissions:

• Please include your bird's name and city of origin like "Sam, from Tampa, Florida."
• Sorry, we can't post people's photos, just cockatiels.
• Photos do not violate any copyright laws.
• One photo per $10.00 donation only will be posted.
• By sending us an eMail with your bird's photo, you are authorizing Cockatiel.com to use such photos.

I just want to donate, but I don't have a photo.
No problem, a photo is not required for a donation, but if in the future you change your mind and would like to add a photo, we'll reserve the spot for your pet cockatiel for up to one year from the time you have donated.

Before you even register or log in to our site, our server checks that you're using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.
Once your information reaches us, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. Our servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are not directly connected to the Internet, so your private information is available only to authorized computers.
